All Rates are USD$ and are based on (2) people in the rooms (Economy through 1 Bedroom Apartments) and four (4) people in the 2 Bedroom Apartments.
Tax: Lodging Tax of 11.3% and gratuity of 3% is added to the above rates.
Additional adult guests (18 years and older) are add $15 to the nightly rate.
Extra Children (13-17 years old) are charged an extra $5 -- Children 12 and under are free of charge.
Length of Stay: We always try to work with your needs, but we do have minimum night stays at certain times. We usually require two-night stays over all weekends, and 3 or 4 night stays on special event weekends.

Summer stays of 4 nights or longer are eligible for a 5% discount.
Summer stays of 7 nights or longer are eligible for a 10% discount.
Summer stays of 30 nights or longer are eligible for a 25% discount and are tax-exempt.
Deposit Requirements: For special event weekends (Food and Wine Classic: June 13-15, July 4th: July 4-6; Labor Day: August 30 to September 1, and Ruggerfest: September 12-14) we require an immediate deposit and full pre-payment 60 days prior to arrival. During all other times, reservations of less than five nights may be guaranteed with credit card. Reservations of five nights or longer require a deposit of 30% of the total charges.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of any confirmed reservation for the spring, summer, or fall incurs a $50 process fee. For special event weekends we require a 60-day cancellation notice. After that deadline the guest is responsible for all nights reserved. For other dates, stays of less than 5 nights will be charged one night if cancelled within 7 days of the reserved arrival date. Stays of 5 nights or longer may be charged 30% of the stay total.
