All Rates are USD$ and are based on (2) people in the rooms (Economy through Deluxe) and four (4) people in the apartments.
Tax: Lodging Tax in Aspen is 10% and is added to the above rates.
All Rooms are non-smoking
Extra Adults (18 years old plus) are charged an additional $10.
Extra Children (13-17 years old) are charged an extra $5 -- Children 12 and under are free of charge.
Length of Stay: We always try to work with your needs, but we do have minimum night stays at certain times.  We usually require two-night stays over all weekends, and 3 or 4 night stays on special event weekends.

Discounts:  Stays of 5 nights or longer are eligible for a 5% discount.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of any reservation incurs a $50 process fee.  For special event weekends we require a 60-day cancellation notice. After that deadline the guest is responsible for all nights reserved.  For other dates, stays of less than 5 nights will be charged one night if cancelled within 7 days of the reserved arrival date.   Stays of 5 nights or longer may be charged 30% of the stay total.
