All Rates are in US dollars and are based on two (2) people in the rooms (Economy through Deluxe),

and four (4) people in the apartments.

Extra Adults: (18 years old plus) are charged an additional $20.
Extra Children: (13-17 years old) are charged an extra $10 and under 13 years of age are free of charge.
Tax & Gratuity: Lodging Tax and gratuity of 12% will be added to the above rates.
Single occupancy rooms are charged $20 less.        

Discounts: Stays arriving and departing on Saturdays from Jan. 2 to Mar. 20 receive a 5% discount.

Length of Stay: During the peak season we generally rent our rooms for week stays from Saturday to Saturday.  If your travel plans are different from this, give us a call and we will see if we can work you in.
Cancellation fee:  Cancellation of any confirmed reservation will be charged a $50 process fee.  We request a 60-day cancellation notice for refund of the full deposit minus the cancellation fee.  After that deadline, the guest is responsible for all nights reserved.  We recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of unexpected changes to your travel plans including weather and unforeseen personal problems.
