Often the online system says we are full, but our staff can still fit you in.
All Rates are in US dollars and are based on two (2) people in the rooms (Economy through Deluxe),
and four (4) people in the apartments.
Tax: Lodging Tax of 11.3 % and gratuity of 3% is added to the above rates.
Additional adult guests (18 years and older) are add $15 to the nightly rate.
Extra Children: (13-17 years old) are charged an extra $5 -- Children 13 and under are free of charge.
Single occupancy rooms are charged $15 less.
Length of Stay: During the peak season we generally rent our rooms for week stays from Saturday to Saturday. If your travel plans are different from this, give us a call and we will see if we can work you in.

Winter stays of 7 nights or longer are
eligible for a 5% discount.
Winter stays of 30 nights or longer are
eligible for a 21%discount and are tax-exempt.
Deposit Requirements: During the ski season, a deposit of 30% of the stay total, but not less than two nights, is required to confirm a reservation. Full pre-payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation fee: Cancellation of any confirmed reservation will be charged a $100 process fee. We request a 60-day cancellation notice for refund of the full deposit minus the cancellation fee. After that deadline, the guest is responsible for all nights reserved. We recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of unexpected changes to your travel plans including weather and unforeseen personal problems.
